In the online course “The Lymphatic System from the Perspective of the Masseur's Profession,” two topics are focused on: the lymphatic system and the masseur's profession. Massage can affect different systems of the human body, including the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system can be addressed in several ways (e.g., the immune system, swelling, etc.). The lymphatic system can also be affected by different types of massage; the question is to what extent massage affects the lymphatic system and what effect it has on the human body as a whole. Consequently, the online course will detail the human lymphatic system and analyse the different parts of it from the view of the (lymphatic) massage. The analysis will be based not only on lymphatic massage but also on other types of massage.
