Trigger points are one of the most controversial yet fascinating topics to address and analyze in massage and other fields. They have given rise to much controversy, so it is sensible to explore all these views calmly and thoroughly. The main aim of this online course is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the trigger points system in the context of skeletal muscles and its effects on the body as a whole. It also makes sense to consider trigger points in parallel with the field of massage.
