Online course e-learningIn the Labour Law e-course, you will acquire the knowledge you need to better understand the legal aspects of the employment relationship. At the end of the e-course, you will be able to draft an employment contract in a field of your choice, with oral or written feedback given by the course instructor.

The first lecture will focus on overtime work. It will include many practical examples based on Estonian case law from different levels of courts, decisions of the Labour Dispute Committee, and everyday examples.
How to draft an employment contract?
via Zoom via ZoomThe first day of the course will focus on theoretical aspects, including legal requirements for drafting an employment contract. On the second day, we will focus on the practical elements. Under the guidance of the course instructor, we will draft the employment contract(s) together, taking into account the specificities of the Employment Contracts Act and other relevant legislation.
