Short overview and structure of the online course

One of the leaders of myofascial lines has been Tom Myers. The developed myofascial lines system consists of several skeletal muscles connected by fasciae. For example, the superficial back line comprises the skeletal muscles of the tibia, the posterior group of skeletal muscles of the thigh, the erector spinae, etc. There are more than ten myofascial lines and they can be classified in various ways. Understanding the myofascial lines requires a strong knowledge of the skeletal muscles; it enables to look at the human body from a totally different perspective and much more systematically.
