At the beginning of the first quarter of 2026, we completed a substantial amount of recording for our online courses. This was followed by a quieter period, but several new recordings were completed towards the end of the quarter. In the next quarter, we plan to increase the pace of recording and expand the number of video lectures. In addition, we plan to update our existing online courses by adding more detailed content based on the assignments submitted by course participants. Based on our experience delivering these online courses, we have found that when participants tend to submit similar—but not entirely correct—answers in certain modules, it is beneficial to add more video lectures covering those topics in greater detail.

In November and December, our main focus was on recording video lectures and processing and editing the footage. Compared with the previous months, the pace of work was more moderate during these two months. However, in the first half of January, we will carry out a larger volume of recordings, followed by processing and editing in the second half of the month. We will continue working in a similar way throughout the new year while further developing our recording systems, studio, and online courses. Our primary focus will remain on online courses, and our goal is to complete our first English-language online course in 2026.

In this post, we look at the advantages and disadvantages of online courses to help prospective participants decide whether our online courses are the right fit for them.

In this post, I’m giving an overview of our future plans. Some attentive website visitors may have noticed that creating new online courses has recently taken more time than usual. Although I’m only writing about it now, we have actually been slowing down our activities quite noticeably for some time already. Since I’m currently involved in other work and various projects, the online course field has become more of a hobby area for me. This means that I don’t have the time—now or next year—to operate at full capacity in this field. It’s therefore more accurate to say that I will continue working part-time, but with the same level of dedication. I will keep preparing slide decks and video lectures, providing feedback on independent assignments, and creating online courses and developing e-learning, but I will do so with a lighter workload. For online course participants, nothing major will change: the courses can still be completed at a preferred time and pace. The only difference is that new online courses will be released more slowly.

I wanted to give our website visitors a brief overview of the complexity of creating online courses and explain why this process is so time-consuming. In other words: why creating online courses takes a lot of time. In this post, I highlight six aspects that explain why the process is so extensive.

In October, we focused mainly on creating slides, recording in the studio, and editing and assembling videos. For the first time, we introduced a system where the course instructor’s image is displayed without a background — an important step forward for us that adds noticeably more versatility to the video lectures. In November, we plan to refine this solution further, and we will most likely begin partially updating all existing online courses in January by replacing at least some of the video lectures with this new format. The new system has enabled us to produce video lectures much faster than before, confirming its clear practical value and the need to adopt it more broadly. Experience shows, however, that mastering a new program and fully utilizing its potential develops over several months, which means that maximum production speed will be reached gradually. In our view, the direction is right, and we will continue to improve this solution in every way.

Starting from 30 September 2025, our website will feature a new section called “Blog & News,” where we’ll share updates about our key activities and publish occasional blog posts. At the end of each month, we’ll highlight the TOP 3 activities from the past month as well as the expected TOP 3 activities for the upcoming month. In addition, we’ll publish posts that provide overviews of other important developments and share our thoughts. At first, these posts will appear less frequently, but later on they will be published roughly once a week.
