Tegevused aasta lõpus!

In November and December, our main focus was on recording video lectures and processing and editing the footage. Compared with the previous months, the pace of work was more moderate during these two months. However, in the first half of January, we will carry out a larger volume of recordings, followed by processing and editing in the second half of the month. We will continue working in a similar way throughout the new year while further developing our recording systems, studio, and online courses. Our primary focus will remain on online courses, and our goal is to complete our first English-language online course in 2026.

Human Anatomy and Physiology

The Human Anatomy and Physiology e-course provides an overview of all human organs, i.e., systems: 1) circulatory system, 2) digestive system, 3) lymphatic system, 4) respiratory system, 5) urogenital system, 6) endocrine system, 7) nervous system, and 8) sensory system. In addition to the knowledge shared within one system, the links with other systems will also be explained. For example, how hormones produced by the adrenal gland affect the functioning of different organs, how the lymphatic system and the circulatory system are linked, how blood pressure affects the functioning of the kidneys, and so on.

Functional Anatomy

In the Functional Anatomy online course, you will learn about hundred different skeletal muscles, knowing at the end of the online course the names and locations of many different skeletal muscles in the human body. The online course will also give you a basic knowledge of the origins and insertions of the skeletal muscles, which will help you to identify the functions of the skeletal muscles, i.e. the specialised movement terminology: flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal rotation, external rotation, supination, pronation, etc. Functional anatomy provides a thorough basis for understanding the functioning of the human body at the level of skeletal muscles, particularly in the level of skeletal muscles functions. For example, which skeletal muscles form lordosis, which skeletal muscles are responsible for the flat back, which skeletal muscles form the foot arches (longitudinal and transverse arches), and so on.

Classical Massage

Classical Massage could be the first type of massage that every massage enthusiast should learn at the beginning of their massage studies, as the Classical Massage course provides the ABC of massage. If the knowledge of classical massage is poorly acquired in the initial phase, this can lead to a situation where the information cannot be related to anything when learning the new types of massage. Due to that, the subsequent acquisition of a new type of massage is mechanical and not logical. Profound knowledge and mastery of classical massage will help in the future to understand all other types of massage more systematically.
