Individual courses via Zoom and in Tartumaa

It is possible to participate in the individual course both via Zoom and through contact learning. 

We offer an excellent opportunity to participate in an individual course via Zoom (1–2 participants), where the major advantage is the personalized learning experience: you can acquire knowledge specifically tailored to your profession. For example, if you work as a coach and want a course related to a specific sport (such as how to analyze exercises for that sport); if you are a massage therapist and want new knowledge about the massage sector (including different massage theories); if you work as an HR manager and need knowledge of labour law (such as how to draft an employment contract), wish to learn about the functioning of the human body at the skeletal muscle level, or need help preparing for a massage certification exam, we can assist. We can also help you prepare for more complex university exams on specific topics that our course instructor specializes in, and more. We offer individual Zoom courses (including consultations) on a wide range of subjects.

The cost and duration of an individual Zoom course

The final price of an individual course depends on the course topic, scope, level of difficulty, etc. You will receive the final individual course cost (hourly rate) once you send us a message through the form below and specify the topic you wish to study individually via Zoom.

The duration of the individual course (final number of hours) depends on the objectives set. If you wish to study a subject more focused, you will need fewer academic hours (e.g., five academic hours) to acquire basic knowledge in a particular field. However, if you want to study a subject in depth, you will need more academic hours (e.g., 30). However, if you want to achieve a higher level of knowledge in a particular field, you will need even more academic hours (e.g., 100).

Individual Zoom courses are conducted in either Estonian or English. 

Sample list of offered individual Zoom courses

1. Human Anatomy and Physiology – 20 hours on Zoom + independent work; cost 500 euros.
2. Functional Anatomy – 20 hours on Zoom + independent work; cost 500 euros.
3. Kinesiology Taping – 15 hours on Zoom + independent work; cost 375 euros.
4. Situational Massage (theory) – 20 hours on Zoom + independent work; cost 500 euros.
5. Labour Law – 40 hours on Zoom + independent work; cost 1 000 euros.
6. Basics of Law for Non-lawyers – 20 hours on Zoom + independent work; cost 500 euros.
7. Etc.

For the hours listed, astronomical hours (60 minutes) are used, not academic hours (45 minutes).

Contact learning

Individual courses (1-2 participants) can also be arranged as face-to-face learning in Tartu and Nõo. In this case, the price may increase by up to 100% (the base price is multiplied by up to 2) to cover room rental, travel, time, and other expenses. If it is possible to arrange the individual course at your premises in Tartu, the additional cost will be significantly lower, as there will be no room rental fee. If you wish to arrange a course for more than two participants (for example, 5 participants), the standard price list will apply. Individual courses are priced more flexibly specifically to make them accessible to those who wish to participate alone or as a pair. Otherwise, the price per participant would become too high, and individual courses would become inaccessible to potential participants.

Generally, the following principle applies to face-to-face learning: the daily cost for individual instruction is 250 euros (6–8 hours), meaning that for two participants, the cost would be 125 euros per person.
