Experience as a Course Instructor
- I conducted my first course in January 2015.
- I have been working as a course instructor for 10 years and 8 months, as of August 2025.
- Over the years I have created over 40 different courses (curricula).
- I have mainly organized one-, two-, three-, and four-day courses, but sometimes also longer ones.
- I have organized several hundred courses in different locations.
- Courses have been held in Tartu, Tallinn, Pärnu, Pühajärve, Valga, Võru, Kärdla, Kuressaare, Tabasalu, Misso, Paide, Rakvere, Nõo, Viljandi, Räpina, Audru, Tamsalu etc.
- I have organized and conducted courses in classroom learning, live online sessions (e.g., via Zoom), hybrid learning, combined classroom and e-learning, and as e-courses.
- I have also organized courses with simultaneous translation (Estonian-Russian) and, in addition to Estonian, in English.
- I constantly update my skills to maintain sufficient competence as a course instructor. I regularly review specialized literature, foreign-language research sources, and other relevant material.
Writing Books
- In June 2025, I put an end to my long educational journey, and that same summer I started writing my first two books.
- The first book I am writing is related to the field of sports science, with a focus on strength training.
- The second book is related to law, with a focus on medical law.
- Once the first two books are finished, I will then decide whether to write more books or not.
- The purpose of writing the books is to enrich the online courses with literature created by the trainer, in order to enable an even deeper and more diverse acquisition of knowledge.
- Based on these two books, the respective online courses will also be made.
