MULTIFARIUS O\u00dc started its activities on 05.09.2016. A few months later, based on the foregoing, the continuing education institution \"TerviseRadar\" was established. Under this name, we organized various health courses from the beginning of 2017 until autumn 2022. Our first rental space was in Vaksali Street in Tartu; the first course we organized was a Classical Massage course.<\/p>

By the summer of 2017, our first courses in Tartu had reached their maximum capacity; at the end of the same year, we also started organizing courses in other locations. By the end of 2019, we had reached the point where we had offered different courses in most regions of Estonia.<\/p>

In the autumn of 2019, e-learning was added to our website.<\/p>

In the autumn of 2021, we started organizing legal courses, one of the first of which was an online course on Labour Law.<\/p>

On 26.09.2022, the name of our continuing education institute, \"TerviseRadar,\" changed to \"TeadmisteRadar.\" The reason for the name change was that we expanded the amplitude of our courses beyond health-related courses.\u00a0<\/p>

At the end of 2022, we started actively using the Zoom environment for our teaching.<\/p>

On 27 January 2024, we ended the regular delivery of face-to-face courses to focus more energy on online courses.\u00a0<\/p>

In February 2024, our website became bilingual (Estonian and English).\u00a0<\/p>

In 2024, we actively developed online courses and improved the e-learning system.<\/p>

From 2025 to 2027, we will continue creating online courses and developing the e-learning system, but at a reduced pace. The reason is that the founder and course instructor of TeadmisteRadar has shifted focus to other projects and no longer has the time reserves needed to maintain the same level of work as before. We will remain just as dedicated, but will operate with a significantly lighter workload. For course participants, nothing major will change: online courses can still be completed at any time and at a self-paced rhythm, with the only difference being that new online courses will be released more slowly.<\/p><\/div>
